Bhujangasana

Dhanurasana

  • In this situation, you can also do light exercise by swinging back and forth slightly.
  • In this case, stop for 15 to 30 seconds.

  • If the spinal cord is injured, do not perform this asana.
  • Women should not do Dhanurasana during pregnancy and menstrual cycle.
